Designed as the next step up from the proven System 3000, the Lake Country 4000 introduces a series of smart upgrades that make pad cleaning more reliable and efficient. At the heart of the new design is Pure Flo® Technology, which separates clean solution from dirty water, ensuring your foam pads are always washed with fresh liquid instead of contaminated run-off.

The redesigned wash plate and upgraded sealing technology improve durability under constant use, while a new pump system reduces clogging and eliminates pressure loss. A modified open-top helps contain spray, keeping your workspace drier. Add in a stronger, more ergonomic handle for carrying and balancing the unit, and the 4000 becomes a practical, workshop-ready solution for maintaining foam, wool, and microfiber pads.

Directions

Fill the pail with clean water and add Snappy-Clean Boost powder.
Place the soiled pad (attached to your polisher) into the washer and run the polisher while pressing onto the wash plate.
The pump action will draw fresh solution into the pad, while dirt and used solution are drained into the catch basin.
Spin the pad inside the unit to remove excess liquid and leave it ready to use.
Choose your mode:

- Filtered: Cleaning solution is recycled through a 10-micron filter.
- Captured: Contaminated solution is stored in the basin for disposal.
- Standard: Remove the basin and use the full bucket of solution until it needs replacing.
